- Day 1: Definition of how to map and document business processes according to a formal methodological framework with a clear readmap, milestones and deliverables.
- Day 2: Case Study implementing the approach defined the previous day on a practical example.

Mauro SCANTAMBURLO
Former student of "Ecole Polytechnique of Lausanne" (Switzerland), Mauro SCANTAMBURLO began his career in education. He then joined the computing gradually occupying all positions in IT software development: from Developer to Director of IT developments in the State of Vaud (Switzerland). He is the author of "The Process Approach" which results from his practical experience accumulated over the past 20 years.
Dr. Dominique SNYERS
After his graduation in engineering from UCL Belgium, he obtained a masters degree from Standford University, California and a Ph'D from the Caen University, France. He has worked five year at the Philips Research of Brussels in the Speech recognition group. He taught computer science and operational research at the Ecole Nationale Supérieur des Télécommunications, Brest, France during 9 years before starting its own company specialized on Business Process Management and change management. He is the father of Openflexo.
